These Terms govern your use of Embellics AI Limited’s services, including the Kara AI automation system.


1. Definitions

  • “Embellics” / “We” – Embellics AI Limited

  • “Client” / “You” – The business using Kara

  • “Service” – Kara and related integrations

  • “Data Controller” – Client

  • “Data Processor” – Embellics


2. Service Description

Kara is an AI-powered automation system that handles:

  • Customer calls

  • Scheduling

  • Booking modifications

  • Outbound calls

  • Workflow automations

  • CRM integrations

  • Payment link sending

  • Lead management


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate business data

  • Ensure compliant use of customer data

  • Provide lawful call lists for outbound workflows

  • Maintain CRM access where necessary

  • Obtain consent where required by law


4. Data Protection

We process customer data strictly under the client’s instruction and in accordance with GDPR and the terms of our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).


5. Fees & Billing

Pricing is custom and defined in a separate agreement.

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.


6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Kara for unlawful purposes

  • Upload harmful or malicious content

  • Violate telecommunication laws

  • Abuse outbound calling features


7. Service Availability

Kara is designed for high availability but may experience maintenance windows, third-party outages, or interruptions.


8. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Embellics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the prior 3 months


9. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice.

Upon termination, all data will be deleted or returned to the client.


10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland.
