By accessing embellics.com or using our services (including Kara AI workforce), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Use of Website and Services
You agree to use the site and our AI workforce services lawfully and for their intended purposes. You may not:

  • Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or client data

  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or AI teams

  • Use our services to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content

  • Misrepresent your identity, clinic affiliation, or patient information

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models

3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, branding, graphics, logos, and Kara AI software—is the property of Embellics AI Limited and may not be used without permission. You retain ownership of content you input (e.g., clinic data, customer interactions), but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process it to provide and improve our services.

4. User Accounts and Client Portal
If you create an account or access the client portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must ensure your clinic staff use accounts appropriately.

5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for Kara AI teams but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services for maintenance, improvements, or legal reasons with reasonable notice where possible.

6. External Links and Integrations
Our site and Kara may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites/CRM systems (Dentally, Cliniko, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services.

7. No Warranties
Kara and website services are provided "as is" without warranties. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee our AI will handle 100% of interactions perfectly, meet specific clinic requirements, or eliminate all no-shows/drop-offs.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embellics AI Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or Kara services, including lost bookings or revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Kara or the client portal at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days' notice.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. This applies globally, respecting local consumer laws where applicable.
